Where does my donation go?

10% of every purchase is donated to animal welfare charities. We rotate our charity partners quarterly and publish a full donation report every three months. Current partners include Paws Rescue League, Happy Tails Foundation, and Wild Paws Sanctuary.
What materials are your hoodies made from?

Our premium hoodies are made from 100% organic cotton with a brushed fleece interior for extra warmth and softness. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton and low-impact dyes. All manufacturing is ethically certified.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for an additional $12. We ship to all 50 US states and Canada.
What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Start a return by emailing us at hello@pawsandthreads.com — we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I care for my hoodie?

Machine wash cold with like colors, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Our fabric is pre-shrunk for minimal shrinkage.
